Terms of Service
Effective 24 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of Lead Inbox. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Lead Inbox on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
Lead Inbox lets businesses receive the messages sent to their Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts in one inbox, reply to them, organize them as leads, schedule follow-ups, work as a team and use optional AI features. We may change or improve features over time.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- The owner of a workspace controls who is invited and which roles they have, and is responsible for their team's use of the workspace.
- Tell us promptly at info@lead-inbox.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Connected social accounts
You may only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. When you connect an account you authorize Lead Inbox to access it through the platform's official APIs to receive messages and send the replies you write. You must follow the rules of each platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger and Instagram messaging policies, and TikTok's terms, for example the time windows in which businesses may reply to customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lead Inbox to:
- send spam, unsolicited or misleading messages, or messages that break the law or platform policies;
- harass people or collect their data without a legal basis;
- try to access other workspaces' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it;
- resell the service without our written permission.
5. Your data and your customers' data
You keep all rights to the data you and your customers put into Lead Inbox. You are responsible for having a legal basis for processing your customers' messages and for answering their requests. We process this data only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
AI classifications, summaries and suggested replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review every suggestion before sending it; Lead Inbox never sends AI-generated replies on its own. You are responsible for the messages you send.
7. Availability and third-party platforms
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features that depend on Meta, TikTok, OpenAI or other providers can change or stop working when those providers change their services, permissions or policies.
8. Fees
The service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Lead Inbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and inform users of significant changes before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
